1975:  Graduated from Athens University, Faculty of Law.

1977: Barrister 

1991: Promoted to a barrister standing before the Hellenic Administrative  Supreme Court (Council of State).

 

Angeliki Charokopou (Harocopou) specializes in issues of administrative law, license administration, environmental issues, waste management, local government issues, urban planning and archaeological legislation and public procurement and has a wide range of practice in courts. (See  Supreme Court decisions).

She has attended a post-graduate course in Constitutional Law, at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Faculty of Law, University of Athens (Prof. G.Papadimitriou) (1988-1991).

She has been teaching Environmental Law in Athens University, Faculty of Law as an associate lecturer at the following courses: a) Environmental law under a constitutional, civil, penal and administrative point of view, b) European environmental law, “Jean Monnet” program (1991-1996).

She has been teaching Environmental Law as an external lecturer at the postgraduate course “Science and Environmental Engineering” leading to a Master of Science, at the Department of Chemistry, University of Crete (1999-2010).

She has been teaching Administrative Law for Trainee Lawyers at Piraeus Bar Association. She has also examined trainee lawyers to get the lawyers' licence.

She has also taught the Law on Waste and Environmental Impact Assessment in the relevant seminars.

She has given lectures on the above mentioned matters in a program of  the Medical School of Athens University.

She was in charge of the project “Legal assistance to the Cypriot Environmental Commission regarding the approximation of Cypriot National Legislation with the European Environmental Acquis” financed by the European Union (1998).

She was in charge of the legal part of the projects assigned by the Greek Ministry of Public Works and the Environment, both included reviewing the legal framework and drafting new legislation:

a) Study on the “Reform of the existing legal frame on the issues of dangerous waste management” and in the elaboration of the draft of the Joint Ministerial Decision 13588/2006 on dangerous waste management (2005).

b) “Elaboration of a study regarding the implementation of the Directive 2006/21/EC on the management of waste originating from the extractive industry as well as the elaboration of the technical specifications of their management” (2009).

 

She took part as an evaluator in the project “Elaboration of the Material for the Certification of Knowledge and Prowess regarding Continuing Education Programs”, undertaken by the National Center of Public Administration and Local Government, Institute of Continuing Education, on the issue of “Application of International and European Environmental Law” (2009).

She speaks English, French and German.

Stella Christoforidou graduated from the Faculty of Law of University of Thessaloniki in 2011. She followed a postgraduate course in International and European Energy Law Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (LLM). She continued her academic career with a PhD on the Law School of University of Athens by submitting her thesis "The constitutional protection of decent living"

Lampros Bakogeorgos graduates from the faculty of Law of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2019. He followed postgraduate course in Public Financial Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (LL.M) by submitting his diploma thesis "Oversight Framework for Retail Payment Systems in the EU".

He has also attended the international summer school on Public Banking and Capital Markets LAw co-organised by "Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore" and "European Banking Institute" and seminars on individual rights and constitutional issues. His main areas of practice are Administrative Law,Public Procurement, Environemental Law, and Use and Town Planning and Energy Law.

He is a Member of the Athens Bar Association.

She was born in Thessaloniki in 1995. In 2013 she graduated from Arsakeio

Tositseio Ekalis School (Grade 19,8/20) and in 2018 she received her Law

Degree from the Faculty of Law of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens

(Grade 8/10). She also studied in the University Toulouse 1 Capitole for one

semester as an Erasmus student.

During her studies, she prepared projects for the following subjects: “The

protection of cultural goods”, “Constitutional review in education- Article 16”,

“Nationalism in the 19th century- Nationalism today”, “Alternative dispute

resolution methods; Arbitration”.

She was also member of the law review team “Efarmoges Dimosiou Dikaiou” for

the year 2018-2019.

She followed a Greek-French postgraduate course in Specialized Public Law

jointly organized by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the

Law School of the University of Bordeaux (LL.M).

She is a barrister, member of the Athens Bar Association.
